EN4MRB 2011 Conference

The 2011 EN4MRB Conference was held on Oct 7, in Omaha, NE at the Thompson Alumni Center on the campus of the University of Nebraska, Omaha.  The theme of the conference, Networking for Solutions to Evaluation Challenges, and it brought those participating in evaluation from across our geographic region to Omaha for an exchange of ideas  to building our professional community.

The conference will opened with a panel of experienced regional evaluators, including Neal Grandgenett of the University of Nebraska, Jerry Schultz of the University of Kansas, and Beverly Triana-Tremain of Public Health Consulting, LLC in Missouri. Later breakout sessions focused on Challenges in Evaluation Sectors and Challenges in Evaluation Practice, where conference participants will have the opportunity to share in smaller groups of their chosen affinity.

Developed out of feedback from EN4MRB 2010, the breakout sessions provided those participating in various evaluation capacities the opportunity to build upon each others’ experiences and to create a connection with other colleagues for reference and professional support beyond the conference sessions.
